i aint sure if i mentioned this before BUT...

I WANNA BE STAFF WELFARE COORDINATOR!

will be starting up staff welfare commitee (havnt inform cindy yet hor. pending approval oso)

so lemme briefly go tru wad we will be doing.

we will be collecting welfare fund (hahaha extort money from staffs!!) to be used for bday presents/outings etc. (there will be proper keeping of journals and balance sheet, no worries)

cash excess from cashier float goes to welfare fund too (must check with cindy again).

the funds may be used for handling for shortage for cashier float etc. (whoever shortage too much hor... )

say until so nice right? so basically i only wanna do like event organiser for outings etc.
part timer outing,
shop outing,
mixed shop outings.
ex-staff gatherings.

me - head of department/accounts
ah guan - secret assistant/secretary
hannah - treasurer
pf - assistant treasurer
pc - comitee member

so thats about it!
