- quite tired today. just reached home not long ago nia. met 2 of my "new" colleagues. hehe.. they are namely Ivy and Lina. they aint new there la.. i 1st time meet them mahs. lol. not bad. they really very friendly oso, like the others. need me to say more? find out urself! haha.. they not bad looking oso =p
- today not bad.. i tried my best serving customers despite not being able to remember all the prices in such a short time, i received 2 "GEMS" card from my customers. they thanked me for my service and they like my service. that really brightens up my day man! 2nd day nia and i got those!! and eileen got hers on her day 3 of orientation!!
- i also had some customers telling me that they liked my service (i feel so proud of myself sia.. and happy oso) but i aint sure if they got gif any gem card to the counter anot. coz the card wasnt given to me de. they have to sign and pass to the counter people. haha.. now i must work hard to that i can provide the best service to my customers in order to satisfy their "needs".. and ahem.. pls dun think otherwise. lols. if i can get a service star from giordano, its even better. that piece of something has a fuckin high market value. next time if i wan work in the service industry, i got that thingy nia.. wahaha.. power ranger yap liao. =D
- giordano is quite well known in the service industry la. almost every year they got the best service award (gold or wadeva.. the highest la) and the dunnoe wad tourism award (i think the provide help and info to tourist + serve them de award ba). well, according to telvin, lotsa ppl from the service industry (e.g. hotels) are hunting for people who left giordano (with good record ones) and even told giordano to refer the people to them when they leave giordano. lol. now u see the power of working there. the service star shit is even more power! whether i get it anot, i still will work hard to make my customers happy and enjoy their day. i guess that's wad us, as customer relation associates are supposed to do. well, will update more on sunday. gonna go visit some of them on sunday too. hehe..

I was so happy till i nearly cried when i hear lina telling me a customer just gave me a gems card. the uncle came to thank me personally too. it just feel so good to see their smiles.
