- went to gymmy with derek today. heng today gym not many ppl.. ahhhhh... so long neber go lers.. finally.. i am back there.. that stupid fucking indian female gym assistant is still there. hate her. dun ask me why.
- so long nv train le i can only train on those light weights nia.. so pai seh man.. bo pian.. must start slowly again.. fuck! after doing all the nonsense my muscles now aching.. derek like bo dai ji.. knn.. why i ache nia.. not fair.. (when was god ever fair? Refer: NYP Tammi)
- on our way back we saw CALITO, jap versioin. lol. its japanese ppl going for soccer training at JE sports complex.
- btw hor.. one thing to say.. when i was trainin at the gym hor.. can see the swimming pool below. the lazy river that part. knn.. got this fat guy, with this slim gf (i think) down there la.. the gf lying on the edge there and the guy in the water. he was at her feet there. then he tale her feet and open her legs.. er.. -_-" if i remembered correctly, derek called it "inspection" rite? LOL.. tmd faggot.. lame ass joker.. bet he didnt know the peeps at the gym are looking at em. heh hehs..
